Misc Issues -

  1. Visual Hirerchy of the Menu presented on Home Page Vs the the Visual Hierarchy in the LHS Menu is different. This can be improved by making the CTAs on the home page cosistent to those in the LHS menu.

  3. For Image files, It only recognizes Jpg images as relevant input and ignores webp files.

  4. Progress Indicator is very subtle, instead a percentage counter can be used with expected time remaining to clarify expected time for completion. Also there are a couple of indicators - one that comes in the header area (line) and there's another for page loader when a queue is being loaded. Consistency is lacking.

  5. When a user tries to upload multiple documents in a queue, there is no clear visual indicator showing upload progress. You get a subtle visual transition bar on top of the screen without any quantified progress indicator. Instead once the upload begins, we could have the app screen show a progress indicator animation along with “Uploading … 20% complete, 5 minutes remaining”. Also, if it's going to take a few minutes, can the user step out of Queues and do something else instead ?

  6. Transitioning back and forth into the "Scanning" section takes some time to load. The load transition on the top of the page continues even when all documents are uploaded.

  7. Document Orientation matters as landscape photo of a person with ID card is not able to identify text/data in the document whereas a Portrait photo is able to capture all relevant details. There should be a feature that allows scanning in every possible Orientation. We should have the feature "Rotate and Reprocess" on the document edit page.

  8. The count of documents in the queue doesn't match with count in the dashboard report.

  9. Edit Document - When I add new Custom Info field while editing a document, I should have the option to add the same custom fields in all documents in the Queue. Currently this is not possible.

  13. Notify Users - Should show a toast message that confirms notification has been sent.

  14. Basic Information Fields on the UI should be aligned in a consistent manner instead of having different order for different documents.

  15. Collaboration Feature can be improved - refer how visual it feels in Miro or Figma rather than the option to notify users that is currently available.

  16. Input given was an image with multiple ID cards whereas only 1 ID card is identified and the rest are ignored. I was hoping this would consider a single input with multiple ID cards would be consdiered but that is not the case as only 1 card is considered

  17. Why am I logged out while working with a message "Token has Expired" - Shouldn't there be some kind of inactivity timeout instead of just logging out irrespective of whether user session is active or not.

  18. Export should give confimation toast message.

  19. I struggled with creation of a custom model. Refer image below where I just coudln't add Data Area for a new field from the document.

  20. That made me wonder if while scanning the document, the platform could throw recommendations for what new fields could be added. That would be great as I will have list of recommended fields that I can add and it will show me all associations.

  21. In Document-Edit, adding "New Custom Info" applies only to the document being edited. We should have the option to add the same custom fields in all documents in that Queue. Currently this is not possible.
